The perfect March cocktail. Early spring makes the buds crave summer tastes. Yet this cocktail is hearty enough when its still cold out. Try it on the ski slopes, after ski of course. A variation on the classic Caribbean Cocktail du Planteur. Delish!
What you need
+ 50 cl guava juice
+ 40 cl orange juice
+ 30 cl of Rhum
+ 15 cl liquid cane sugar
+ mint leaves
+ a dash of angostura if you have
Mix the guava and orange juice together with the rhum and liquid sugar cane. Shake then add a dash of angostura and decorate with the mint leaves.
