What you need
+ 1 part Sweet Vermouth
+ 1 part San Pellegrino sparkling water
+ A squeeze of lemon
+ Orange slice or peel
1. Add the sweet vermouth and sparkling water to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled
2. Add a splash of lemon and some ice
3. Garnish with an orange slice and peels.
