Smoky mezcal and orange adds a refined twist on the classic 3 ingredients Italian Negroni. Try it!
What you need
+ 1 1/2 shot Mezcal
+ 1 shot Campari or Aperol
+ 1 shot Sweet Vermouth
+ 4-5 dash orange bitters
+ Orange Peel
1. Add the mezcal, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled
2. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
3. Garnish with an orange half-wheel and peels.
