I have one pan in my small but mighty kitchen. And this is it. It does everything well. From pasta to soup, to searing duck and charring bok choy, you name it. I like that you can use the pan’s walls to use less heat than on the bottom. Its very handy for uneven vegetables with a thick core and leafs for exemple, or for cooking big and smaller stuff at the same time. The price tag is what it is… but it will be worth the investment. And great to declutter your kitchen.
